Stone Forest

The forest, one of the main tourist attractions in Yunnan, was formed by karst & some strange rocks, is an unimaginable & unique sight. Legend has it that the forest is also the birthplace of a girl named Ashima(阿诗玛), of the Yi minority. After falling in love, she was forbidden to marry her lover & soon turned into a rock. The rock later became a popular tourist shapshot spot in the Forest.
